Styles
- Crawford Epidural Thin Wall Needle
- Used with vinyl tubing for continuous epidural anesthesia. Has a female luer hub, 40˚ beveled cannula and fitted stylet with matching point.
- Tuohy Needle
- Thin-wall needle with Needle Lock Hub and Fitted Stylet with matched bevelled point. They have Deflected (HUBER) points with heel of bevel dulled to prevent tubing from being cut. Tubing may be directed into sub-arachnoid or epidural space either cephaled
- Tuohy (Weiss-Type) Needle
- Like standard Tuohy, but with a gripping shield, used in continuous epidural anesthesia. Tubing can easily be introduced.
